Our loans have helped people build their dream homes, acquire businesses, move house, carry out their own property development or fix a temporary cash shortage.

October saw our loan book exceed £23 million for the first time with the completion of our 140th loan. Although Bricks has grown significantly, our personal commitment is still evident in everything we do.

Every lending decision is still assessed by each of us and we all need to be happy with it for a loan offer to go out. We like to really build relationships with our borrowers by meeting face to face, to understand their project and their needs and to work with them to make sure things go smoothly. Some of our developer borrowers are on their third or fourth loan with us.
