1. We have made 238 loans worth £142M.
2. Our first loan was for £140,000 to a lawyer to buy a yacht.
3. We have funded over 500 new homes in the South West.
4. Our first ‘office’ was the café at David Lloyd, Sandy Park.
5. One of our investors made national headlines becoming the oldest Britain to climb Mount Everest.
6. Our most loyal borrower has completed 7 loans with us.
7. We have made loans to an international yachtsman, a world champion equestrian rider, a global musical star and an MP.
8. Our oldest investor is 94, our youngest is 23.
9. Our longest-standing non-family investor joined us in February 2016.
10. We have supported children’s charities in Exeter, Bristol, Ukraine, and Africa.
