Our lending is diversified across 68 live loans, spread across seven different counties, but none too far away that we can’t regularly monitor them. Last year we welcomed 13 new investors and we paid out almost £3.5M in interest.

In ten years we have:
◆ Completed 155 loans worth £134M
◆ Funded over 500 homes in the South West
◆ Maintained our personal commitment of significant funds invested by us and our families (currently 17%)
◆ Sustained zero investor losses

The directors and their families remain committed to Bricks in exactly the same way as our investors, with the same exposure and same loan terms.

With a solid ten year track record in even the most challenging of times, we are excited by the opportunities that lie ahead and committed to continuing our mission to provide sensible finance across the South West.
