With support from local investors and Bricks Finance, and supplemented by Cornwall and lsles of Scilly Good Growth Fund, Cornish entrepreneur Will Eustice is on the verge of launching his dream golf destination.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Will began his construction career in London before gaining international experience in Canada. Upon returning home to Cornwall in 2021, he saw an opportunity to create a standout regional tourist attraction on his family farm, leading to the creation of Halwyn, which comprises rustic feasting barns, 15nr bay golf driving range, and mini-golf.
“My vision is to establish Halwyn as a best-in-class hospitality destination for Cornwall,” Will said. “Thanks to funding from Bricks, the vision is coming to life!"

The deal was introduced to Bricks Finance by Conrad Robins, the local director of broker network ASC Finance for Business.
