A local architectural consultant who projects managed development in Teignmouth on behalf of a Bricks client has now started his own development in Dawlish with £350K of funding from Bricks.

An imaginative conversion of a Victorian school into nine new dwellings and refurbishment of a three-bedroom existing cottage.
