Business Acquisition explained

A fast and flexible short-term loan, bridging finance is suitable for individuals or businesses who need financial support quickly. Bridging finance is used to “bridge” a gap in finances until a long-term financing solution is in place.

Bridging finance is fast to arrange and flexible so that you can take advantage of an opportunity quickly. For example, this could be while a property is sold, or if you are waiting for an inheritance or for a customer to pay you.

Commercial businesses or individuals can apply for bridging finance loan which is usually secured against property. Bridging finance is much quicker to arrange, less sensitive to the finer details of the deal, and not so dependent on income or credit history.
