Founded in 2014, Bricks Finance provides short term lending in the South West of England. The three founders, Will Michelmore, Jerry Rihll and Clive Banks together with Tracey Abbott, head of lending, have worked in this region for many years and between have built strong contacts and over 100 years of collective professional experience in the fields of law, banking, property development and finance as well as general business.

This combined experience and local knowledge means applications are handled promptly with a personal touch and clearly considered in the light of circumstances which are often well known and understood.

Bricks Finance has an establish network of brokers in the South West of England who are familiar with the way we work. When considering applications, local knowledge of the property market has frequently proved helpful not just in considering the project in question, but also in terms of advice and sharing of experience for the common good of the project. Specialist local knowledge can also enable us to dispense with costly or time-consuming valuations.

Bricks Finance is keen to help provide finance within the local community but also to nurture developments and helping those businesses to grow. A number of our clients have now completed multiple loans with us.
