Sustained Organic Growth

Our solid 20% organic growth and profitability continues. In December 2020 we lent £1.4M, which was more than our entire first year of trading.

Furthermore, we have just agreed on our 100th loan, in collaboration with an existing client for a conversion of 26 apartments in Weston Super Mare.

It is no wonder that more people than ever are investing in Bricks Finance as a reliable way of earning income. Last year five new investors joined our community bringing the total to 53 members. Bricks have been able to offer something quite rare in these strange times: an investment with low volatility and high returns.
