When two holiday let owners discovered an abandoned workshop near Newquay on Facebook Marketplace, they immediately saw its potential as a unique two-bedroom holiday let if only they could secure finance quickly.
The project came with its challenges but after a successful planning application the conversion work began. It was completed on time and budget in 2025 and then refinanced with a long-term buy-to-let lender.
