Lakeside Lodges Near Exeter
Andrew and Jill Taylor started their lakeside holiday business South View Lodges with two lodges in 2010. The luxury self-catering lodges are located in one of the most beautiful areas in Devon set around six acres of peaceful lakes and woodland.
Andrew and Jill’s previous bank had been happy to fund the development of additional lodges as the business grew. However, after being incentivised to change banks, they discovered that their new lender wouldn’t offer them development funding. They needed to find another source of finance to build their new lodge and continue the growth of their business.
