Birnbeck is a redevelopment of a prominent Victorian building set overlooking Marine Lake and the Bristol Channel in Weston-super-Mare. A total of 26 flats over two buildings were redeveloped, all with sea views. The development is a great example of a sympathetic refurbishment and repurposing of an old building in an area that has a growing community of first-time buyers.
Although the build was significantly more complex than originally anticipated, Bricks has continued to support to completion, all the way to show flats being furnished and marketing commencing. The first block now over 50% sold.
